Here are a few suggestions to make shopping easy:
1) Return to the website as often as you wish until the certificate expires. The certificate expires 1 year from the date you first log in to the website with your certificate number and password. Please browse the site to become familiar with gifts that are available.
2) We frequently add new gifts to the website; click on "Featured Items" to review new and exciting offers.
3) To place an order, select gifts of your choice and add them to the shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click "Checkout."
4) You may be prompted to set up your user account if you have not already done so. Fill in the required information and click on "Continue." A screen will appear confirming your account. You may edit your account at anytime by clicking on "My Account."
5) Click on "Return to Shopping Cart" to review the gift items you've chosen. Click on "Checkout" and review the information.
6) Click on "Continue" to see your order displayed. Verify all information and click on "Continue Order." A screen will ask for your credit card information for the shipping & handling charges (must be paid using credit or debit card, certificate amount cannot be used to pay the s&h. After entering the credit card information click on "Complete Order."
7) Your credit card information is verified and charged to your card. A "Receipt Page" will appear.
8) You may wish to print the "Receipt Page" for your records. A confirmation is also emailed to your account. At any time you may click on "My Account" to see a copy of the receipt.
9) To view the status of your order, click on "My Account." In most cases your order is shipped within 1 - 2 business days.
10) "My Account" is updated instantly to reflect the order is shipped. Click on "My Account" to view your order, check the status & tracking number. You may click on the tracking number to track your order instantly.
11) Most orders are shipped via FedEx/USPS Service and you should expect to receive your gifts within 8 - 14 days.
